This module provides a clone() method which makes recursive copies of nested hash, array, scalar and reference types, including tied variables and objects. clone() takes a scalar argument and an optional parameter that can be used to limit the depth of the copy. Handy Yum Commands for perl-Clone


Control the perl-Clone package with the following handy commands outlined below.

yum install perl-Clone

This command will install perl-Clone on the server.

yum remove perl-Clone

This command will un-install perl-Clone on the server. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove perl-Clone, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.

yum -y remove perl-Clone

This command will un-install perl-Clone on the server. When you run this command with th e -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove perl-Clone when using the -y flag.

yum update perl-Clone

This command will update perl-Clone to the latest version. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove perl-Clone, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.

yum -y update perl-Clone
