This package contains documentation for the CLIPS library as well as numerous examples. CLIPS (C Language Integrated Production System) is an expert system development tool which provides a complete environment for the construction of rule and/or object based expert systems. Created in 1985 by NASA at the Johnson Space Center, CLIPS is now widely used throughout the government, industry, and academia. Description of Command

yum install clips-doc

This command will install clips-doc on the server.

yum remove clips-doc

This command will un-install clips-doc on the server. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove clips-doc, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.

yum -y remove clips-doc

This command will un-install clips-doc on the server. When you run this command with th e -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove clips-doc when using the -y flag.

yum update clips-doc

This command will update clips-doc to the latest version. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove clips-doc, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.

yum -y update clips-doc

This command will update clips-doc to the latest version. When you run this command with the -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove clips-doc when using the -y flag.

This command will show you core information about the clips-doc package.
