Description:

The GeShi filter module provides a filter for source code syntax highlighting for a wide range of languages. Source code can be entered with for example <code type="java">...</code> or <blockcode language="python">...</blockcode>. It is also possible to define your own generic and language specific tags (e.g. <java>) or to work with square bracket style tags (e.g. [python]). Automatically adding line numbers is possible too with for example [ruby linenumbers="normal"]. This package provides the following Drupal modules: * geshifilter * geshinode * geshifield

Handy Yum Commands for drupal6-geshifilter


Control the drupal6-geshifilter package with the following handy commands outlined below.

This command will install drupal6-geshifilter on the server.

yum remove drupal6-geshifilter

This command will un-install drupal6-geshifilter on the server. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove drupal6-geshifilter, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.

This command will un-install drupal6-geshifilter on the server. When you run this command with th e -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove drupal6-geshifilter when using the -y flag.

This command will update drupal6-geshifilter to the latest version. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove drupal6-geshifilter, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.
