Description:

The Prepopulate module allows fields in most forms to be pre-populated from the $_REQUEST variable. For example, the following URL: http://www.example.com/node/add/blog?edit[title]=this is the title will automatically fill the Title field on a new blog post with the words "this is the title". Any field can be pre-populated this way, including taxonomy and CCK fields. You can prepopulate more than one field at a time as well. Prepopulate is excellent for creating bookmarklets. For examples on usage for all of these cases, please read the USAGE.txt file that comes with the module or you can read the online handbook page (http://drupal.org/node/228167). Handy Yum Commands for drupal6-prepopulate


Control the drupal6-prepopulate package with the following handy commands outlined below.

This command will install drupal6-prepopulate on the server.

yum remove drupal6-prepopulate

This command will un-install drupal6-prepopulate on the server. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove drupal6-prepopulate, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.

yum -y remove drupal6-prepopulate

This command will un-install drupal6-prepopulate on the server. When you run this command with th e -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove drupal6-prepopulate when using the -y flag.
