This library implements the SHA suite of message digest functions, according to NIST FIPS 180-2 (with the SHA-224 addendum), as well as the SHA-based HMAC routines. The functions have been tested against most of the NIST and RFC test vectors for the various functions. While some attention has been paid to performance, these do not presently reach the speed of well-tuned libraries, like OpenSSL. This package contains the development files.

Control the ghc-SHA-devel package with the following handy commands outlined below.
yum install ghc-SHA-devel
This command will install ghc-SHA-devel on the server.
yum remove ghc-SHA-devel
This command will un-install ghc-SHA-devel on the server. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove ghc-SHA-devel, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.
