MyProxy is open source software for managing X.509 Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) security credentials (certificates and private keys). MyProxy combines an online credential repository with an online certificate authority to allow users to securely obtain credentials when and where needed. Users run myproxy-logon to authenticate and obtain credentials, including trusted CA certificates and Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs). Package myproxy-doc contains the MyProxy documentation.

Handy Yum Commands for myproxy-doc


Control the myproxy-doc package with the following handy commands outlined below.

This command will install myproxy-doc on the server.

yum remove myproxy-doc

This command will un-install myproxy-doc on the server. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove myproxy-doc, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.

This command will un-install myproxy-doc on the server. When you run this command with th e -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove myproxy-doc when using the -y flag.
