pam-afs-session is a PAM module intended for use with a Kerberos v5 PAM module to obtain an AFS PAG (Process Authentication Group) and AFS tokens on login. Control the pam_afs_session package with the following handy commands outlined below.
yum install pam_afs_session
This command will install pam_afs_session on the server.
yum remove pam_afs_session
This command will un-install pam_afs_session on the server. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove pam_afs_session, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.
yum -y remove pam_afs_session
This command will un-install pam_afs_session on the server. When you run this command with th e -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove pam_afs_session when using the -y flag.
yum update pam_afs_session
This command will update pam_afs_session to the latest version. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove pam_afs_session, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.
