This module implements a wrapper for Net::SMTP, enabling over-SSL/STARTTLS support. This module inherits all the methods from Net::SMTP. You may use all the friendly options that came bundled with Net::SMTP. You can control the SSL usage with the options of new() constructor method. 'doSSL' option is the switch, and, If you would like to control detailed SSL settings, you can set SSL_* options that are brought from IO::Socket::SSL. Please see the document of IO::Socket::SSL about these options detail.

Control the perl-Net-SMTPS package with the following handy commands outlined below.
yum install perl-Net-SMTPS
This command will install perl-Net-SMTPS on the server.
yum remove perl-Net-SMTPS
This command will un-install perl-Net-SMTPS on the server. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove perl-Net-SMTPS, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.
yum -y remove perl-Net-SMTPS
This command will un-install perl-Net-SMTPS on the server. When you run this command with th e -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove perl-Net-SMTPS when using the -y flag.
yum update perl-Net-SMTPS
This command will update perl-Net-SMTPS to the latest version. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove perl-Net-SMTPS, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.
yum -y update perl-Net-SMTPS
