This prevents email forgery, commonly used by spammers, scammers and email viruses/worms.

Handy Yum Commands for cpanel-libspf2


Control the cpanel-libspf2 package with the following handy commands outlined below.

This command will install cpanel-libspf2 on the server.

yum remove cpanel-libspf2

This command will un-install cpanel-libspf2 on the server. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove cpanel-libspf2, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.

yum -y remove cpanel-libspf2

This command will un-install cpanel-libspf2 on the server. When you run this command with th e -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove cpanel-libspf2 when using the -y flag.

yum update cpanel-libspf2

This command will update cpanel-libspf2 to the latest version. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove cpanel-libspf2, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.
