The Mayavi project includes two related packages for 3-dimensional visualization: * Mayavi2: A tool for easy and interactive visualization of data. * TVTK: A Traits-based wrapper for the Visualization Toolkit, a popular open-source visualization library. yum install Mayavi
This command will install Mayavi on the server.
yum remove Mayavi
This command will un-install Mayavi on the server. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove Mayavi, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.
yum -y remove Mayavi
This command will un-install Mayavi on the server. When you run this command with th e -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove Mayavi when using the -y flag.
