Control the ifstatus package with the following handy commands outlined below.
yum install ifstatus
This command will install ifstatus on the server.
yum remove ifstatus
This command will un-install ifstatus on the server. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove ifstatus, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.
