Description:
MMapper is a graphical mapper for a MUD named MUME (Multi-Users in Middle Earth). The game is traditionally played in a text-only mode, but MMapper tries to represent the virtual world in user-friendly graphical environment. Control the mmapper package with the following handy commands outlined below.
yum install mmapper
This command will install mmapper on the server.
yum remove mmapper
This command will un-install mmapper on the server. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove mmapper, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.
yum -y remove mmapper
This command will un-install mmapper on the server. When you run this command with th e -y flag, you will not be prompted to check that you are sure you want to remove the package - so be sure you absolutely want to remove mmapper when using the -y flag.
yum update mmapper
This command will update mmapper to the latest version. When you run this command, you will be asked if you are sure that you want to remove mmapper, so you have to manually confirm that you want to do this.
yum -y update mmapper
